We are currently looking for:

Test Automation Lead with Playwright

Job location: Remote from Poland or Warsaw

You will be responsible for:

  • assist in creation of test automation strategy, translate business and technical requirements into automated test scenarios and test cases, develop automation scripts for functional and performance tests, maintain test automation tools, frameworks, setup and maintain test environments.
  • work closely with project managers, technical leaders, business analysts, and other test team members, will analyze test results, report testing progress and defects, will proactively work to resolve any issues.

We require:

  • Solid experience in testing area
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience in System / Functional / Integration / Exploratory Testing and Defect Tracking
  • Programming and scripting skills (at least one of: Type script, Java script, Java, C#, Groovy Script, Python)
  • Min. 5+ years of experience in Test Automation Lead role (strategy, planning, estimations)
  • Min. 8+ years experience in test automation, knowledge of test automation best practices
  • Proficient in using Playwright for creating, debugging, and maintaining automated test scripts
  • Experience with Git version control
  • Experience with CI/CD
  • Practical knowledge of:
  • Defect management tools (e.g. Jira, Azure DevOps)
  • Web Application UI Testing / Using browser dev tools
  • Scripting in SQL
  • API testing (REST or SOAP)
  • Performance testing (e.g. Jmeter)
  • Operating systems (Windows, Linux)
  • Testing methodologies and techniques in Agile
  • Communicative English
  • Creative approach to problem solving
  • Excellent communication skills, friendly attitude.
  • Good teamwork abilities, collaborative approach to people
