Trade Compliance Intern with German

Job Description

Trade Compliance is a wide area of Customs-related activities, consisting of International Law, Logistics, Vendor & Broker Management, and others. It enures that all import and export transactions are in conformance with the laws and regulations of the countries involved.

Your role:

Preparing for executing the declaration/correction procedure in time, in accordance with the customs legislations and requirements.
Execute statistical customs and VAT reports.
Helpdesk for internal customer inquiries.
Executing (updating) Customs table management.
Flagging possible problems and escalating when applicable.

You're the right fit if:

You're a student of at least 2nd year of Bachelor’s studies.
You're fluent in English (at least B2) and German (at least B1).
You're available to work at least 30 hours/week.
You have good knowledge of Excel. PowerBi would be an asset.
You have an eye for detail.
