As a Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist you are responsible for taking care of Service Work Orders on DACH market. As a Services Specialist you will ensure quality and functionality of Philips equipment to care of our customer’s needs. Manage service requests and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction on a daily basis.
Your role:
• Balancing conflicting demands in the area of business obligations
• Receiving, monitoring, developing and dispatching Service Work Orders including parts and assigning proper Field Service Engineers
• Communicating and confirming with the customer the maintenance plans based on contracts and maintenance requirements
• Receiving, monitoring, and ensuring closure on time of all kinds of Service requests
• Developing and maintaining high standards of telephone conversations and written communications with Customers and Service Providers
