Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist (Parts)

Job Description

As a Services Specialist within the Parts process you are responsible for making sure that spare parts are available and delivered for our customers and Service Engineers from UKI.Your role:

Receiving POs from customers and Service Engineers for spare parts
Processing POs in the system, which end with automatic request to the transportation department
Managing invoice disputes on customer requests, including issuing credit & debit invoices
Informing customers about delays and interruptions with delivery

You're the right fit if:

You have a bachelor’s degree
You have fluent English (C1 level)
You have min. 1 year of professional experience in fields related to in customer service, supply chain, or accounting operations
Youkeep a high standard of communication
You bring a positive "can-do" attitude and are always ready to lend a hand to others.
You have comprehensive PC skills, and knowledge of Excel, SAP, Salesforce would be an advantage
You are not afraid of change and have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
You have a problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities
You have good organizational skills and an aptitude for details
