Position summary:
At DXC’s Business Process Services (BPS) we optimize enterprise processes for our clients. Through our network of global delivery centers, powered by technological innovation, we achieve transformational business outcomes, we reduce business disruptions, human errors, operational risks and costs.
We are looking for an experienced F&A (Finance & Accounting) Solution architect to join our BPO F&A Solutions team. This position will be responsible for designing the Digital Finance transformation strategy to meet our client´s challenges and business problems. This includes platforms, automation, offshore delivery models, and analytics solutions. This position collaborates and drives different teams/ functions of the finance transformation program team at DXC (e.g. Automation factory, Technology and Engineering teams etc) and external partners.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Support deals and design Solutions powered by leading finance technology and capabilities
Devise the solution strategy and different solution components (technology, work placement, etc) that address the business outcomes the client has requested
Advice on how technology (platforms, automations, etc) can meet the client needs
Develop the vision of the transformation roadmap, the value case and solution story telling and how it differentiates from the competition
Cost the end to end solution (tools, delivery resource plan, etc) and transformation program
Create business case and scenario modelling
Deliver Customer facing presentations up to a senior executive level
Build Finance Transformation Capabilities
Stay current on market trends and innovation related to the F&A domain
Keep building Digital Finance capabilities through DXC internal teams and 3rd party partnerships
Cement DXC position as a Finance transformation leader
Manage client relationships
Manages multi-function and/ or global delivery relationships with senior and executive ("C" level) client management
Communicates the direct value the proposed solution will provide to our business partners and customers
Education and Experience Required:
Master’s degree preferred in accounting, CA/ CIMA/ICWA
10+ years’ of experience in Finance through BPO delivery models and transformation
Strong Finance process and technology knowledge to design for process standardization and transformation through best practices, technology platforms and automation
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English, able to articulate proposals in a comprehensive and convincing manner, design and deliver presentations
Strong facilitation skills (workshops, reviews, etc) and team management
Strong leadership and motivational skills in in defining customer needs and decision
