Senior Customer Order Specialist with Italian

Job Description

As Senior Customer Order Specialist you will join Philips’ Supply Chain. Join our Order Management team that is responsible for managing orders for Health System products. In our Philips HS portfolio you can find our well-known products such as cardio monitors, ultrasound, defibrillators and diagnostic imaging equipment. Our customers are the most innovative hospitals around the world.

Your role:

Managing incoming customer orders (systems, options and upgrades), overseeing and coordinating the process to complete and correct the order information until the order is ready to be booked
Handling quotation process (preparing offers details, verifying price data, preparing documents for customers)
Pro-active collaboration with the Account Managers, Project Managers, Product Managers and other stakeholders until the cases are completed and prepared for further processing in the Supply Chain team (internal communication in Italian & English)
Collecting missing information from the specialists in the sales organization
Providing support with further standardizing and documenting the way of working within the sales support team
Ensuring timely hand-over of the cases to order management according to the agreed policy

You're the right fit if:

You have minimum 2 years of experience within Supply Chain (especially Order Management), Customer Service, Logistics or Transport
You are fluent in Italian and English (B2+ or higher)
You are organized person with strong ownership
You have excellent communication skills
You have knowledge of SAP or other ERP
