Data Entry Clerk (with German) 

(temporary role – 6 months contract)

Place of work: Cracow

Job purpose:

The primary purpose of this role is to assist in the assignment of incoming payments for life insurance policies to specific contracts and accounts. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and adherence to company policies to maintain data integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately assign incoming payments for life insurance policies to the appropriate contracts and accounts.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and confidentiality are maintained.
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Candidate’s profile:

  • English skills – good written and spoken (B2 level)
  • German skills – good written and spoken (B1/B2 level)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Readiness for 6 months contract with prospect for permanent employment.

In March 2016 we established a Shared Service Centre in Kraków, in Poland to support our global strategy. It is from this location that we have created a global shared service platform, focusing on advanced business functions such as financial accounting and reporting, planning and performance management, ICFR testing, financial systems management as well as HR integrated talent management operations.

This role is related to the key area of Zurich’s activity in Kraków.
