Job Summary

The Release and Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for managing software release processes, coordinating recruitment efforts, and providing administrative support to the team. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can juggle multiple tasks and ensure smooth operations across various functions.

Key Responsibilities

Release Coordination:

  • Plan, schedule, and oversee software release activities.
  • Coordinate with Development, QA, DevOps, Business, Security teams to ensure timely and successful releases.
  • Maintain release documentation and track release progress.
  • Identify and mitigate release-related risks and issues.
  • Facilitate release meetings and communicate release status to stakeholders.

Recruitment Coordination:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Manage candidate communications and provide timely updates.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and track candidate progress.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires.

Team Administration:

  • Provide administrative support to the Technology Leads.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in release management, recruitment coordination, and administrative support.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with recruitment software/tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
