Job Description:

Roles and duties:● Fulfilment of orders in accordance with the procurement procedure: preparing requests for quotations,comparing offers, preparing comparative analyses, evaluating suppliers.● Building a supplier base, maintaining good relationships with new and existing suppliers;● Data and documentation management,● Data entry into SAP P11, data monitoring from purchase requisition to payment● Negotiating prices and contract terms.● Cost optimization.● Preparing, implementing and modifying procurement strategies.● Cooperation with different departments (finance, law, engineering )Required qualifications:● At least BSc in field Economics, Management, Administration, Engineering or similar● Experience in a position related to purchasing at least 3 years● Language proficiency: English (communicative)● Knowledge of SAP P11 at least 3 years● Knowledge of MS Office and Google tools● Good negotiation skills,● Data analysis and documentation skills● Responsibility and independence in performing tasks● Analytical thinking and communication skills, very good organisation of work● Ability to solve problems and work under time pressureWe offer:● Stable employment based on full-time job contract● International working environment in the dynamic company● Trainings and development possibilities● Competitive salary dependent on experience and qualifications● Flexible working hours, home office● Private medical coverage for you and your family● Sport card● Life insurance for you and your family● Co-funding for meals
