The Opportunity

We are growing our presence in Poland and Eastern Europe - join us in Warsaw and help businesses deliver outstanding digital experiences.

What you'll Do

• Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers within enterprise-level organizations.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities to achieve bold sales targets.
• Successfully implement sales strategies in an evolving digital world.
• Collaborate efficiently with internal teams to establish the best solutions for clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of client happiness.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

What you need to succeed

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
• Consistent track record of success in enterprise sales roles
• Tenacity and hunter mentality
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and inclusively within a diverse team
• Strong understanding of digital transformation and the ability to articulate Adobe’s value proposition
• Proficiency in English and Polish, both written and spoken
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and committed approach
