Job Summary

As the Insights and Transformation Lead, you'll be at the forefront of leveraging data to drive our recruitment strategy. You'll lead a talented team of data analysts, turning data into actionable insights that inform key decisions and enhance our Talent Acquisition function globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy reports that empower the Talent Acquisition leadership team to make informed decisions aligned with our business strategy.
  • Drive sourcing strategies and system enhancements to deliver exceptional services and stakeholder experiences.
  • Develop and implement ETL strategies and processes for Talent Acquisition data.
  • Offer solutions to achieve objectives such as building targeted skills, improving hiring speed, meeting diversity targets, and fulfilling strategic projects.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to streamline recruitment processes.
  • Ensure alignment with system constraints and reporting fundamentals.
  • Inspire and mentor your team to adopt a data-driven approach in all activities.
  • Enhance advisory capabilities and solutions in line with our organization's values and policies.
  • Develop solutions that deliver insight while maintaining data governance, GDPR compliance and all other Standard Chartered policies.
  • Uphold the highest standards of ethics and conduct.

  • TA function especially TA Leadership
  • Global HR leadership team members
  • DSS, PIA, HR Projects 
  • Global HRBPs and HRBAs

Qualifications

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition / Human Resources and people Analytics
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Human Resources, Data Science, Business Analytics).
  • Advanced degree or certification in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related experience over 5 year.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within a global organization will be an advantage.
  • Familiarity with ETL processes and data management systems.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
