Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist

Job Description

As a Services & Solutions Delivery Specialist you are responsible for taking care of Field Change Orders operational support globally.

Create Field Change Order Headers for technical solutions.
Upload Unit Affected List files provided by Business Units into SMAX system.
Publish documents in InCenter.
Maintenance of data in SAM MP1.
Provide “Tier 1” process and capability support to members within the FCO communities when they have issues or require guidance for execution-based activities.

You're the right fit if:

You have a bachelor’s degree
You have fluent English (C1 level)
You have min. 1 year of professional experience in fields related to in customer service, supply chain, or accounting operations
Youkeep a high standard of communication
You bring a positive "can-do" attitude and are always ready to lend a hand to others.
You have comprehensive PC skills, and knowledge of Excel, SAP, Salesforce would be an advantage
You are not afraid of change and have the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
You have a problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify improvement opportunities
You have good organizational skills and an aptitude for details
