Job Summary
The SOLDI Specialist develops a thorough understanding of UPS Core Technology alongside special Customer Solutions. He/She provides support and deployment of shipping, visibility and billing solutions to customers during the implementation phase, to ensure solutions meet and exceed customer and Sales expectations. Through technical consulting, he/she analyzes customer requirements to determine solutions that will assist them in delivering the right products to their customers more efficiently and develops project scopes to effectively deliver customer solutions. This position supports the Customer Facing Department to help grow the customer solutions business and keeps up-to-date on industry trends and technology developments.
We expect from applicants:
Excellent English skills both verbal and written
Knowledge of German, French or Dutch will be an asset
Very good PC skills, specifically all Microsoft Office products
Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and strong communication abilities (including written, verbal and presentation skills)
Knowledge about the UPS service portfolio
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent organizational skills and autonomy
At least 6 month employment track at current position in UPS (for internal candidates only)
