Job Summary:
The main objective of this entity is to define, provide and support the production environments used by all NAVBLUE’s customers.
It is divided into 4 different teams, Hosting Engineering, Hosting Delivery, Hosting Operations and Hosting Security supporting all the topics related to Solutions Hosting within NAVBLUE: from engineering to the monitoring and support of the solution.
NAVBLUE solutions are hosted in AWS Cloud using a combination of native AWS cloud solutions and VMware on AWS.
To support the team growth and its expansion in Europe Middle-East Asia (EMEA), we are looking for a VIE to join our team in Gdansk.
The position holder will work within the Hosting Delivery Entity to contribute to the delivery of standard NAVBLUE platforms for customers. This role also includes interactions and calls with our customers when we are creating a new environment, setting up the interfaces with the customers’ systems and managing the transfer to production.
The mission requires a good IT background and administration skills in Linux and Windows. The delivery and the customization of the environments for our customers follow standards which have to be applied rigorously and continuously improved by the Hosting Delivery Team members.
Knowledge of AWS , VMware and Project Management would be a plus.
Main Responsibilities :
The hosting Delivery Specialists are the team members of the Hosting Delivery Team.
Their main focus is to deliver new environments to customers (internal and external) based on the agreed schedule:
Solutions setup for customers:
Environment creation,
Standard software setup,
Integrations set up..
Customer Environment creation and removal.
Follow-up with customers on migration progress (Weekly call).
Support integrations for new and existing customers.
Follow-up and approve the Service Requests sent to our contractor to upgrade software or build servers.
Configure customer integrations and data.
Documentation of Configuration Management for new and existing customers.
SSO integration for Products that can support it.
Forecast of hosting sizing and needs.
Before handoff to Hosting Operations: Support customer troubleshooting / analysis - participation in technical calls related to hosting / integrations.
Maintain status page of deliveries to identify "not yet live" customers to be used by others to direct escalations.
Education :
Successful completion of an Academic degree in IT engineering ideally oriented towards system administration, infrastructure and/or networking.
Required Skills / Experience :
Technical Skills/Experience:
System administration skills in Linux and Windows
Virtual Machines, Public Cloud and Software deployment experience
Network configuration and troubleshooting experience
Working knowledge of networking, shell scripting, MySQL, MS SQL, DNS, XML and Networking
Technical knowledge of web-based solutions
Familiarity with API technologies (OAuth, HTTP RPCs, REST)
Cloud Environment knowledge and/or experience would be a plus
Customer service experience in a technical nature
Must work effectively with others in an international team environment
Service oriented and solution driven with strong organization and problem investigation skills
Must be able to travel internationally
Experience in the aviation industry is an asset

Principales responsabilités :
Les spécialistes de la livraison d'hébergement sont membres de l'équipe de livraison d'hébergement.
Leur mission principale est de livrer de nouveaux environnements aux clients (internes et externes) selon le calendrier convenu :
Configuration des solutions pour les clients : Création de l'environnement, Configuration logicielle standard, Configuration des intégrations...
Création et suppression de l'environnement client.
Suivi de l'avancement de la migration auprès des clients (appels hebdomadaires).
Support des intégrations pour les clients nouveaux et existants.
Suivi et approbation des demandes de service envoyées à notre prestataire pour la mise à niveau des logiciels ou la création de serveurs.
Configuration des intégrations et des données clients.
Documentation de la gestion de la configuration pour les clients nouveaux et existants.
Intégration SSO pour les produits compatibles.
Anticipation du dimensionnement et des besoins de l'hébergement.
Avant le transfert aux opérations d'hébergement : Assistance au dépannage et à l'analyse des clients, participation aux appels techniques liés à l'hébergement et aux intégrations.
Gestion de la page d'état des livraisons afin d'identifier les clients « non encore opérationnels » et de permettre aux autres utilisateurs de gérer les escalades.
Formation :
Diplôme universitaire en ingénierie informatique, idéalement orienté vers l'administration système, les infrastructures et/ou les réseaux.
Compétences/Expérience requises :
Maîtrise de l'administration système sous Linux et Windows
Expérience des machines virtuelles, du cloud public et du déploiement de logiciels
Expérience en configuration et dépannage réseau
Maîtrise pratique des réseaux, des scripts shell, de MySQL, MS SQL, du DNS, du XML et des réseaux
Connaissances techniques des solutions web
Maîtrise des technologies API (OAuth, HTTP RPC, REST)
Une connaissance et/ou une expérience de l'environnement cloud serait un plus
Expérience technique du service client
Capacité à travailler efficacement en équipe au sein d'une équipe internationale
Orienté service et recherche de solutions, avec de solides compétences en organisation et en analyse de problèmes
Capacité à voyager à l'international
Une expérience dans le secteur aéronautique est un atout
Déplacements requis :10 % à l'international (formation)
