Leads across the organization Product Management ideas and activities.Participates in or leads the analytical, experimental, investigative, and testing efforts in support of new product development engineering. Coordinates all phases of new product development, including research and design, financing, pricing, marketing, sales and distribution. Develops overall marketing objectives and strategy and further product development. Works closely with customer base to identify key needs and appropriate product solutions.Acts as a funnel for product development ideas and knows how to influence key people in order to realize commercial opportunities. Performs analyses and prepares forecasts and recommendations in the areas of product preferences, sales coverage, market penetration, market practices and sales trends. Researches market conditions to determine potential sales of a product. Writes profitability analysis.

As a key member of our ESG Regulatory Reporting team, you will develop innovative solutions that enable credit institutions to meet critical compliance requirements for the EU Taxonomy Regulation and EBA ESG Pillar 3 Disclosures.

Design and implement innovative reporting frameworks for financial institutions. Transform complex regulatory requirements into practical, user-friendly solutions. Work at the intersection of sustainability, finance, and regulatory compliance. Help craft the future of ESG reporting in the banking sector.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with development teams as a business knowledge expert, translating sophisticated financial regulations into clear technical specifications

  • Monitor regulatory changes and maintain solution compliance to ensure all business requirements are consistently met

  • Guide QA testing strategies by providing testing scenarios, reviewing test cases and validating results

  • Support implementation teams in addressing client needs and resolving questions about legal interpretations and functionality

  • Work with both internal teams and external clients, representing the company professionally (occasional travel required)

What We Expect

  • Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience.

  • Extensive knowledge of Finrep regulations and ESG frameworks (EU Taxonomies, EBA ESG Pillar 3, ISSB)

  • Strong understanding of key financial instruments (bonds, equity products, derivatives) and banking transactions with their accounting implications

  • Proficiency in data analysis and data modeling concepts with a methodical approach to problem-solving

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic team environment

  • Achievement-driven and self-motivated professional who can work independently while maintaining high-quality standards

What happens now?

This is a full-time permanent position located in Vilnius, or Wroclaw. The company allows the flexibility to work half a week on-site and remotely (Hybrid model).
