Job Description

Join Philips’ dynamic Supply Chain team as an Order Management Senior Specialist (fixed term position, for aprox. 24 months). Be part of our team and play a crucial role in managing orders for our Health System products. Philips HS portfolio features our renowned products such as cardio monitors, ultrasound devices, defibrillators, and diagnostic imaging equipment. We pride ourselves on serving the world's most innovative hospitals.

Your role:

Manage orders using SAP and other tools (from the order entry to delivery)
Ensure precise product and pricing details.
Update and handle order changes.
Oversee the complete order process from intake to completion.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders like Project Managers, Process Experts, Warehouses, Factories

You're the right fit if:

You have 1-3 years of experience within Supply Chain (especially Order Management) or Logistics.
You have fluent English language (B2 level or higher)
You are a problem solver with good organizational skills (time management, work management).
You are team player with strong communication skills.
You have working knowledge of SAP (or other ERP), would be an advantage.
