Vacancy: Production Planner

Location: Gliwice, Poland

Job Family: Supply Chain

Your goal:  The key purpose of the role will be to generate production plans in line with customer needs, use available resources in efficient way as well as manage stock levels within the given target and obsolescence risk limitation.

Your responsibilities:

• Customer demand revision and planning production in accordance within optimal resources usage;
• Short and medium term capacity management in the plant;
• Inventory management according to assigned budget;
• Obsolescence stock limitation and safety stock revision;
• KPI’s monitoring;
• Coordination master data maintaining in SAP;
• Participating in new products implementation projects;
• Close cooperation with other stakeholders to organize their work in efficient and productive way, especially with customer service, production and procurement;
• Constantly work towards creating and maintaining planning standards as well as look for the ways to improve and streamline planning activities.

Requirements for the role:

• Higher education in Logistics or Management and Production Engineering;
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Production Planning;
• Skills and knowledge in SAP planning applications;
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point);
• Fluent English knowledge (written and spoken);
• Accuracy, analytical and organizational skills;
• Goal orientation;
• Continues improvement approach;
• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in calculations;
• Good communication skills and team player;
• Strong planning and problem solving skills;
• Ability to perform in an intense, fast paced and complex working environment.
