As Digital Marketing Technologist, your goal is to strategically use technology to deliver relevant experiences so that our target audiences will be encouraged to take action with Sun Life. You will lead the enablement and adoption of Sun Life’s martech tools, critical to improving marketing communications and supporting campaigns to establish remarkable client journeys across our owned platforms. You will also drive user adoption, measurement and insights from these platforms, to craft innovative solutions that will further enhance our digital presence.

Martech Tools Ownership and Management
Operate as Product Owner for Sun Life PH MarTech tools and drive key development of features that will bring best value to our clients.
Collaborate with CX, Brand and other client-facing teams to design and deliver optimal experiences across our digital marketing platforms by utilizing the Sun Life martech stack. This includes developing templates and user interfaces that can be turned over to other teams for use on a self-serve basis, whenever needed.
Website Management and Optimization
Ensure that the website delivers seamless experiences by formulating the best client journey as we drive prospects into our owned assets. You are expected to identify data points and areas of optimization that will drive our desired business results. This entails the development and implementation of personalization strategies and/or AB Tests.
Develop and execute SEO strategies (Website Architecture and Optimization, Link Building, and Analytics tools). Furnish reports and actionable insights to fortify our digital storefronts.
Digital innovations for Client Discovery and Communications
Work closely with other marketing and business teams to identify opportunities for innovations and tool development to achieve our business objectives.
Project manage the development or enhancement of client discover tools – from ideation, budgeting, and go-to-market.
Provide support to strengthen digital business and CX initiatives in transforming client journeys.
Strategy and actionable insights
Proactively drive digital marketing strategies to further strengthen the brand, enhance client experience and boost revenue. This includes application of best practices & governance processes to support digital enablement of the PH and regional strategy.
Provide on-going local insights on the digital landscape and audience insights to inform marketing opportunities, aligning with business group needs, and provide necessary guidance & training on these. You are expected to derive learnings and ramp up shareable lessons across our local teams.
Coordination with Regional & Global counterparts
Collaborate on specific initiatives, provide regular reports, and align digital strategies with our regional and global offices.
Ensure that the analytics tags and measures implemented and utilized in the RO/Global tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Tealium, Coveo, Google Search, Adobe Target, Marketo, Brandwatch) are consistently designed to fit our PH business objectives.

Experienced in managing digital marketing assets across web, mobile and social environments.
Digital analytics expertise, analytical rigor & strategic thinking ability, strong familiarity with web analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics and/or Google Analytics, in addition to social media analytics.
Strong background on digital marketing solutions for brand engagement and lead generation, and associated best practices.
Knowledge of email marketing platforms and associated best practices in email marketing.
Expertise in SEO and website optimization for search.
Knowledge in UI codework for email layouts and webpage management.
Innovative problem solving skills and excellent analytical abilities.
Ability to successfully manage and deliver multiple projects with tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.

6+ years’ experience in a digital marketing environment.
