Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Securities Operations Representative for Wealth and Investment Management - Money Movement.

Job Expectations:
The team is looking for dynamic, detail oriented and proactive group of individuals who can perform variety of operational tasks for highly complex securities or cash related transactions or processes that require expert knowledge of unit functions and systems such as but not limited to the following below:
- Delegates additional tasks approved by the Manager. - The team's SME. - Recommend staffing adjustments, Queue Management and Performance Reviews. - Provides department level reporting using multiple sources. - Performs QC, resolves errors and provides feedback. - Conduct process training and participate in process improvement discussions.
The candidate must be both a strong leader and willing to step in and assist the team in processing service requests when necessary. Each transaction that the team performs has its own service level agreement (SLA) and the Team Lead will manage the work queues and adjust workflow as needed to ensure each is met. This may include collaborating with other asset movement teams to borrow/lend team members at times. In addition to workflow management, the Team Lead is responsible for team member escalations, supplemental training, new hire training, and providing quality control for the team. A Team Lead must be flexible and able to jump from one transaction type to another while effectively prioritizing and making good decisions on management’s behalf. Experience in identifying and mitigating risk is essential to the role.
