Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in taking inbound/outbound calls to assist callers in their queries, questions and be able to resolve client concerns in a timely manner. 
  • Display high level of Call Quality addressing customer’s needs
  • Answer inbound/outbound calls in a timely and friendly manner
  • Evaluate problems and complaints of the callers and provide proper solutions
  • Respond to the needs of the customers and provide personalized service.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably college graduate of any 4 year course

  • Must have at least a year of experience in call taking and resolving client queries

  • Strong Life insurance product, services and process understanding and background

  • Effective communication skills

  • Friendly, energetic and approachable with a natural flair for great customer service

  • Can do attitude

  • Attention to details

  • A real team player who is keen to wear our brand with pride
