To manage the aftersales concerns of the clientDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES• Provides efficient service to all new and existing accounts/clients of Sales & Business Development Group. • Prepares documents necessary during account’s renewal • Handles inquiries and/or complaints from client • Facilitates product orientation in the absence of Orientation Specialist • Conducts account visits to clients/companies  • Ensure on time release of documents through constant monitoring • Coordinates with concerned departments for respective concerns of the client. • Keep an updated and organized centralized file. At MediCard, we believe that diversity and inclusion are essential to fostering innovation, collaboration, and growth.
