Team / division overview

DWS continues its journey as a publicly listed asset manager since its IPO and is in the process of establishing its own infrastructure and corporate functions, including Procurement. Both the Third-Party Management Operations and Third-Party Lifecyle Management will be fundamental pillars of DWS Procurement.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in business analysis activities to gather required reporting, dashboard and ProcessUnity functionality requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the functionality changes, required reports and dashboards, created from potentially multiple data sources.
  • Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of developed reports and dashboards for all users.
  • Provide technical assistance and cross training to other team members.
  • Configure ProcessUnity’s software applications for customers using and enablement/teaching approach.
  • Develop and deliver deep product and technical expertise to internal DWS ProcessUnity customers.
  • Maintain working knowledge of ProcessUnity solutions, platform features and best practices.

Skills:

  • Proven analytical and reporting skills: able to produce quality management reports and analysis with a high attention to detail
  • Strong MS Excel, Power BI, Power Query skills required
  • SharePoint, Power Apps, Confluence, JIRA would be a plus
  • Technical knowledge of fundamental database concepts and relational data
  • Comfort and experience with configuration of software including workflows implementation
  • Competency with larger volumes of data, spreadsheets, data manipulation, complex formula writing and CSV support
  • Amenable to 2pm to 11pm shift
