Job Description

As a GTM Lead, you will help develop strategies to improve and grow our market presence and additional revenue streams. With a focus on marketing and product, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including software development, sales, and customer experience to ensure successful launches and market penetration. Your role is essential in encouraging positive relationships and outstanding support, advancing our mission to connect Filipinos to safe jobs abroad. You will directly report to the Business Unit Head and your day to day will include:

• Generate customer insights: Generate in-depth insights by analyzing complex data sets, understanding customer needs, conducting market research, and applying marketing principles.
• Market benchmarking: Deploy learning strategies to gain more information about the market, such as market segmentation, market development, market refinement, and competitive intelligence analysis.
• Project planning and execution: Outline the complete go-to-market strategy and marketing plan. Define and set up measurement milestones, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for launch initiatives and activities.
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration: Steer cross-functional teams across sales, customer experience, software development, marketing, legal, operations, and finance. Evaluate ideas, empower teams to meet deadlines, and ensure all-around alignment in the go-to-market process.
• People management: Lead a team of marketing professionals to meet KPIs on lead generation and conversion, content performance, signups and registrations, and job applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field required.
• Proven experience in B2B, Marketing, SaaS, Ecommerce, or related sectors essential.
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, with a focus on user experience, visibility, organic traffic, and customer insights.
• Project management experience is required.
• Minimum of 2 years in people management experience required. Excel in motivating and guiding the team, handling tough conversations with confidence.
• Data-driven and analytical, with a strategic mindset. Enjoys researching market trends and developing fact-based solutions.
