This is a permanent full-time role based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig following a hybrid work model setup (at least 2 in office days per week).

What You Will Do

The Compensation Project Manager will support various compensation-related projects within the HR department. The PM will work closely with various teams such as Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, People Operations & Technology, HR Business Partners, Finance, and more. You will plan, supervise and handle projects from initiation through to completion. Utilizing resources, and using formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks, changes, and timelines.

  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, ensuring effective timeline, and resource distribution.

  • Delegate responsibilities and track progress to meet objectives.

  • Establish and upkeep Project Boards in Monday.com project management tool

  • Anticipate potential risks and challenges, adjusting plans proactively to maintain project momentum. 

  • Establish and handle feedback mechanisms (surveys, centralized support channels, etc.) 

  • Drive the continuous improvement of playbooks, processes, and tools/templates

  • Foster clear communication and collaboration among stakeholders, ensuring alignment and engagement.

  • Monitor project performance, and provide regular and transparent updates to all stakeholders. 

  • Schedule and facilitate productive meetings, ensuring projects are completed on time, and to high-quality standards.

  • Handle interdependencies between projects and calendar events for smooth workflow.

  • Works under supervision to handle projects around program development or systems integration

What We Expect

  • Education Required: Degree qualified in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business or other related field, or equivalent work experience.

  • Experience Required: At least 3+ years 

  • Strong organization and project management experience

  • Outstanding facilitation and communication skills

  • Amenable to work in mid shift throughout the work week and at least twice per week in the Nasdaq office at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.

What Would Be Helpful

  • Experience with PM/collaboration tools like Monday.com or similar

  • Prior experience with HR Project Management.
