Your Key Responsibilities:

  • This position will support the Findings Validations portfolio by facilitating efficient and effective operations, thereby contributing to the maintenance of a proactive and forward-looking Group Audit function.

  • Identify automation opportunities, develop solutions to streamline validations reporting and data collection processes, and enhance efficiency.

  • Serve as the primary contact with central GA functions for tasks such as annual planning, FTE reporting, coordination and tracking of requests, and methodology changes.

  • Serve as the point of contact for Validation Centre colleagues and managers across all three locations – Manila, Mumbai, and Madrid – to support the Head of the Validation Centre

  • Evaluate data analytics requests and collaborate with auditors, data owners, and developers to deliver functional solutions and analytics in an agile and iterative manner.

  • Partner with Regional Business Managers to provide all levels of BM support to the Head of Audit and Chief Auditors.

  • Coordinate global Townhalls for the Validations portfolio.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Candidates should possess a proven track record in a delivery role, demonstrating self-motivation and experience in multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and responding to ad-hoc requests.

  • Relevant experience as a business manager or auditor

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying information clearly both orally and in writing, with a logical and structured approach at all levels

  • Strong attention to detail with outstanding organizational and prioritization abilities

  • Ability to build strong and enduring relationships with individuals across various levels of seniority

  • Robust analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in interpreting large quantities of data and understanding its operational and financial impact

  • Capacity to work under pressure, manage multiple assignments, prioritize workload, and produce high-quality work

  • Team player with a proactive 'can-do' attitude, solid work ethic, and strong delivery focus

  • High professional and ethical standards, coupled with a high level of personal integrity. The role involves handling sensitive personal and business information

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
