Job Title: Client Service Analyst

Location: Manila

Your key responsibilities

  • Support Client Services covering Custody and Clearing, and Fund Services across a wide client base comprising of Global Custodians, Domestic Asset Management/Fund Management Companies, Banks, etc.  

  • Handle/address day to day client queries and liaise with both clients and internal stakeholders related to but not limited to clients’ transactions inquiries, Trade settlements, Cash settlements, FX, Corporate actions, KYC requirements amongst others. 

  • Relationship management with clients, along with performing Accountable Client Owner (ACO) responsibilities. 

  • Work with information/files received from multiple directions, and able to observe trending in the midst of the massive data pool.

  • Performing KYC/Client Onboarding support to ensure timely opening of accounts, which would entail liaising with (Client Lifecycle Management) CLM and business teams, Client Outreach for KYC Periodic Reviews, and the like. The role will also require coordinating with internal stakeholders such as that from Operations and Compliance, as required from time to time.

Your skills and experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in either Math, Finance, Economics, Accountancy, Business or Management Engineering, while further professional qualification or study .e.g. CFA or Master’s Degree will be an advantage.

  • Experience in a Custody, Clearing, Settlement and Fund Services role with a demonstrable track record of delivery to clients in a financial services environment

  • Additionally, you will need to have strong competencies in problem resolution and detail intensiveness

  • You will also need to possess excellent communication skills and ability to confidently interact with a diverse set of stakeholders
