Qualifications:
• 2+ years' experience in vendor management or third-party risk, Corporate Procurement or Contact Center with experience delivering reports to stakeholders 3+ years in a professional environment • Graduate of 4-year degree
• Knowledge of risk and control practices, procedures and principles
• Excellent communication (written and spoken) and problem-solving capability
• Highly engaged with strong interpersonal skills and service-oriented attitude to stakeholders and customers
• A high degree of organizational skills, ability to set priorities, manage multiple demands and the ability to complete tasks under strict timelines is required.
• Strong PC skills and proficiency with MS Excel, Powerpoint Word, and Sharepoint
• Attentive to details and quality, well-organized, innovative and result driven;
• Self-starter with high level of initiative; Exercises good judgement; Operates in a professional and ethical manner with customers and vendors;
• Ability to work in the day shift
