The Agency Branch Head will be under Salaried Agency Leader’s program and will participate as well in the Zonal activities of the Recruiting Leader’s Zone.
The role is an independent leader focused on recruitment, coaching and development of Financial Advisors and Unit Heads of the Branch.
Position Responsibilities:
Conduct Career Opportunity seminars of the branch to prospect and recruit Advisors and Leaders to join the team.
Work in close coordination with the Head Office to drive social media sourcing strategy within their branch.
Ensure smooth onboarding of the recruits and early activation including completion of the First 100 days Onboarding journey for Advisors and the ASPIRE onboarding for Agency Leaders.
Embed the Manulife Agency system within the branch with activities including but not limited to prospecting recruits, joint field work with new advisors and leaders; coaching; performance reviews; Branch Huddles; business planning and goal setting; and Activity Management.
Ensure all the Manulife programs, compensation system and career development roadmap are communicated and well understood by the Advisors and Leaders within the team.
Ensure compliance to all the training curriculum and programs and abiding to all the code of ethics and compliance / regulatory standards as prescribed by the company.
Required Qualifications:
Graduate of bachelor’s degree
Proven leadership and management skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proven relationship skills including ability to deal with staff/management at all levels.
Preferably have five years in sales management experience preferably from the industry with good track record in sales and recruitment.
