• Finance project-based specialist role will support BAU teams in performing financial accounting and reporting roles, including other Finance related activities.

Preferred skills (heading) / Compétences particulières (titre)

• Experience in financial and management reporting
• Experience working on process & control improvement projects, particularly around financial closing and reporting processes
• Experience in creating and/or using automation tools (Power Query, Excel VBA) would be beneficial

Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)

• Experienced Associate or Senior associate (appreciate if you can share the rate cards)
• CPA or other related credentials, is a plus

• Participate in financial and management reporting
• Support the design and implementation of process improvement initiatives
• Conduct process analysis, identify gaps/inefficiencies, and recommend solutions
• Collaborate with teams to ensure adoption of new processes
• Document operating procedures, process flows, manuals
• Provide ongoing support and monitoring to sustain improvements
