Provides assistance to all members who need information regarding any clinic services.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESAnswers all inquiries regarding other FSCs contact numbers, address, clinic schedule.Answer all inquiries regarding clinic services, schedule of doctors, and schedule available ancillary procedures.Answer all inquiries regarding RxEr, Medicard Health Plus Card and other on-going promotions.Answer all inquiries regarding membership, coverage/benefits and exclusions.Keep record of all calls received and made during clinic hours.Receives calls and transfers to sections where appropriate.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSEducation           : Graduate of any 4-year courseExperience         : 1-2 years’ experience preferably in an HMO or industrial setting, computer literate with typing skills, good communication skills and with pleasing personality.Other Skills         : Above average written and verbal communications skills.At MediCard, we believe that diversity and inclusion are essential to fostering innovation, collaboration, and growth.
