Job Description:

Essential Job Functions:• Oversee daily operations and supervise a team of operations professionals.• Assist in the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.• Analyze and report on operational performance metrics, making recommendations for improvement.• Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives.• Monitor departmental budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.• Make decisions to address operational challenges.• Participate in goal setting and planning.• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and efficiency.Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience• Typically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Enablement• Proficiencies in strategic planning, team leadership, and business operations• A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technologyOther Qualifications:• Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus• Relevant certifications such as Sales Operations Professional (SOP) is a plus
