As a member of the RFT Data Office in GSA (Global Strategic Analytics), you will be part of the team responsible for the data strategy in these business domains. Your responsibilities will range from root cause analysis of data quality issues affecting RFT, liaising with all business areas to find the best strategic solutions to solve the data quality issues, ensuring regulatory and internal controls, ensuring data governance around all RFT data and being able to effectively communicate with all data councils and other business areas efficiently. This is an exciting and unique opportunity to collaborate with various groups who actively originate and consume data. As part of your role, you will gain a thorough understanding of how data is an integral component of all of our businesses. You will be responsible for developing the analysis approach and strategy to drive analysis outcomes in an efficient and effective manner this include EUDA’s , DQ and Adjustments

Your key responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize backlog of work and ensure value delivery is embedded in PI Objectives and release content via prioritized features and enablers.
- Taking responsibility of Analyzing and overseeing the Data Quality Management aspect of RFT, ensuring delivery roadmap and KPI at Group, Divisional/Functional and Regional level including EUDA’s, DQ and Adjustments
- Provide management, leadership, influencing and technical guidance to teams across multiple locations to help analysis and remediation issue and be the senior escalation point for all stakeholders.
- Summarize and assess trends based on high volumes of data, provide direction and approach to analyze and remediate.
- Assessing the current state of data quality within their scope of responsibility, transparently monitoring and reporting on data quality levels to impacted stakeholders and engaging with business and leadership to quantify and articulate the business impact of data quality issues and identify and track remediation plan.
Your skills and experience
- Experience in either Risk, Finance or Treasury domain (essential)
- Experience in implementation of large-scale automation frameworks, automation strategies and governance frameworks.
- Experience in being part of complex programs with high data flows, e.g. adjustments remediation or EUDA and DQ analysis
- Knowledge of Investment Banking Products, RWA and the CRR regulation
- Knowledge of the front to back system architecture/processes within an investment bank.
