Job Description:

Processses Post Payroll ActivitiesThese includes reconciliations, Bank Transfer, Super and Payment ReportsEnsures all above processes are completed accurately and within timelines/deadlinesCollaborate with Senior Analysts, managers and other team membersProvide insights for enhancing process performanceAssist in developing and documenting process guidelinesEnsure compliance with established quality standards

Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experienceTypically, 5+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar roleProficiencies in business process management and optimizationA continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Other Qualifications:Advanced degree in a relevant field a plusRelevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP) or significant relevant work experience a plusKnowledge in using SAP Tool an advantage
