About the Role
The Partnership Distribution Events Specialist is responsible for overseeing and organizing events that will make an impact to a target audience and create excitement for the different stakeholders.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Review, assess, formulate, recommend, communicate, and implement events that are aligned with the company objectives.
- Brainstorm ideas and concepts which encompasses the design, program, and overall production of events.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain a solid and fundamental working relationship between the different departments / SMEs.
- Monitor the compliance of all stakeholders, both upstream and downstream, in the events process, with specific attention to the Sourcing Department and Third-Party Vendors.
- Communicate approved event programs to stakeholders, entertaining and answering questions and inquiries.
- Monitor the performance of the events vis-à-vis the agreed upon Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Perform post-implementation evaluation to assess the overall satisfaction of key stakeholders.
- Consult with the different channel heads to discuss event programs and logistics which are aligned with the strategies and objectives of the channels.
- Plan and organize all events to ensure that the team remains within budget and meet the agreed upon TATs.
- Oversee the event and offer solutions to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Human Resources, Hotel & Restaurant Management
- With at least 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
- General understanding and knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, etc.
- Willing to be assigned in BPI-AIA Makati Head Office
- Experience in the Life Insurance industry
