What You Will Do
We are currently seeking a Client Service Delivery Analyst to join our well-established Corporate Solutions IR Intelligence team based in our Manila office. Focus will be on, but not limited to, the collection and classification of Sustainability reports and ESG disclosures from a variety of sources, including public company presentations, news, regulatory agencies, trade journals, publications, and other content available via the web. We seek someone well versed in sustainability and corporate content, with a willingness to explore new technologies (e.g., AI) to develop innovative and effective ways of troubleshooting content issues.
Identifying and onboarding new content, configuring automatic content ingestion processes, and monitoring content quality, while offering feedback and suggestions on how to enhance the collection workflows.
The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills; prior content onboarding and support experience; solid analytical skills; web research; and troubleshooting skills.
Conduct thorough research and analysis of corporate sustainability disclosure documents, financial reports, and company governance documents.
Verify and upload company documents and presentations and other content from company, regulatory, and other websites into Nasdaq systems.
Configure new automated content collection activities via internal Nasdaq systems to ensure quality content ingestion and classification.
Track processing statuses, generate content collection reports, and maintain logs of content requests, while also defining requirements for and performing QA reports.
Prepare detailed reports and feedback summarizing findings and disclosures, while introducing new ideas and concepts to develop innovative and effective ways of troubleshooting content issues related to the collection of these documents.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and regulations in corporate sustainability reporting and ESG disclosures.
Conduct research on Sustainability and ESG data/thematic issues for companies through in-depth analysis of company publications such as, annual reports, sustainability reports, proxy statements, websites, policy documents, climate and social reports, and other regulatory documents.
Be proficient in handling ESG, climate, and sustainability data meeting Nasdaq’s high data quality standards with regular document quality checks.
Assist in the completion of a variety of other data collection efforts in support of the IR Intelligence suite of products, ensuring that SLAs and important metrics are met.
Participate in building and maintaining databases for IR Insight mapping projects.
Support the Product Development team of IR Insight for future projects and ad hoc requests.
What We Expect
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or Economics
Growing understanding of dominant Sustainability/Climate/ESG issues and thematic trends
General understanding of sustainability reporting frameworks and standards
Excellent analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools.
Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
Energetic and creative individual, possessing natural curiosity with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
Effective time management and task prioritization when under pressure.
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Willingness to work the APAC shift (9AM-6PM) and be present in the Nasdaq office at least twice a week.
Fresh graduates with relevant internships are also welcome to apply
What Would Be Helpful
At least one year of relevant experience working on or researching Corporate Sustainability and ESG compliance issues (fresh graduates with relevant internships are also welcome to apply) is preferred
At least one year of relevant experience working on or researching Corporate Sustainability and ESG compliance issues is preferred
Proven experience in analyzing corporate sustainability disclosures and ESG reports is preferred.
