Team Overview
The Group Close team governs the monthly Financial process, provides the financial information data set upon which all internal and external reporting is based. Restructuring and Restatements Process encompasses changes in the organizational structure arising from management decisions, and the bank’s strategies. With these changes, financials are aligned accordingly for steering purposes and comparability reasons.

Your key responsibilities
- Responsible in supervising process of Group Close Restructuring and Restatements to ensure that output of the team is accurate, complete consistent and produced on time - in line with the SLA
- Execute strategy to meet the yearly targets and objectives of the Division
- Proactively manage Process Risk using available tools and technology
- Act as SME process expert that provide guidance and advisory in navigating through various process issues and formulate training plan for the team.
- Process manager will be working closely with RTB teams, offshore and onshore stakeholders on R&R-related projects and initiatives
- Will be a key driver for ensuring correctness of R&R process through performance of Quality Assurance activities and ensure strict compliance to R&R Governance and Policies.
- Will be responsible for monitoring and managing the performance of the team through adherence to set KPIs and SLA, issues management and maintain good stakeholder relationships by conducting regular engagements with onshore partners.
- Will provide support to R&R deliverables and to any ad hoc queries and requirements as necessary
- Will be responsible in providing feedback and performance assessment of resources under her team to assigned People Manager
Your skills and experience
- Good leadership skills on risk and process
- Excellent communication skills and cultural awareness, be focused and able to explain results, escalate issues where needed
- Experience in working in an environment with a strong customer focus, with experience of proactively working with demanding customers in a flexible manner
- Experience of delivering results in a fast moving, dynamic environment with proven ability to adapt and be responsive to changing stakeholder requirements
- Strong problem-solving skills and decision making
- Ability to work with both detailed and summary level data in order to identify, understand and resolve key issues
- Strives to gain business and product understanding to provide insight and value added process management and improvements
- High level of flexibility, adaptability and innovation
- Proactive, independent, structured and efficient working style
- Result focus. Able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Ability to work efficiently as part of a wider team across varying disciplines with the ability to form long-term influential relationships
- High degree of autonomy and self-motivation
