1We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mobile Expatriate Taxation Analyst to join our Finance Shared Services team in Manila. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the taxation and compliance of mobile employees, ensuring accurate and timely processing of expatriate tax-related activities.

Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of Mobile Expatriate Taxation Analyst (Nightshift) located in Makati City, Philippines.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and file payroll tax returns for expatriate employees.
Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations.
Maintain accurate records of expatriate tax data and statutory reports.
Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure accurate and timely processing of expatriate tax-related activities.
Assist with payroll audits and provide supporting documentation and analysis.
Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in expatriate tax legislation and best practices.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Handle manual payroll inputs and reconciliations for expatriate employees.
Provide expatriate population data to external tax service providers such as KPMG.
Manage the tax equalization funding process and ensure approvals are followed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in payroll or expatriate taxation.
Strong understanding of internal financial controls and data privacy policies.
Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong interest and ability to learn new systems and tools.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Workday, AssignmentPro, and Alteryx is a plus.
Familiarity with expatriate tax processes and regulations.
Proficiency in using digital tools to automate manual processes.

Willing to work at Makati City, Philippines office on night shift.
