Key Responsibilities

• Development and configuration of ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements and best practices
• Integration of ServiceNow to other systems/platforms via API, web services, or orchestration
• Troubleshooting and resolution of functional, performance, and/or security-related issues
• Upgrade and enhancement of ServiceNow applications and integrations
• Collaboration with other developers, product managers, testers, and stakeholders
• Keeping up-to-date with latest ServiceNow features and trends
• Contribute to the team’s growth through mentorship and knowledge sharing

Key Capabilities/Experience (Minimum Qualifications)

Must Have

• At least 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow professional (CSA/CAD)
• Experience working with products/modules such as ITSM, GRC, and BCM
• Basic knowledge with JavaScript
• Worked with Agile/Scrum and DevOps environment
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps features and/or similar tools (Boards, Pipelines, Repos)

Good to Have

• Configuring Kafka instances
• Working with Linux-based environments
