The agency engagement specialists assist in events management of conferences, meetings, recognition, and sales rallies to drive Agency force engagement and help achieve of sales objectives. They will also be assisting in the promo management of yearlong and tactical conferences, recognition, monetary and non-monetary incentives to drive engagement and uptick in sales key performance indicators.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with Agency Sales and Support Heads in implementation of promos and events.

  • Implements event and promo plans i.e., content, launch, updates, results, and post project materials.

  • Assists in management of Financial Advisor incentives on Activation, Production and Persistency.

  • Handles event expenses, ensures its within budget and expense ratios.

  • Handles vendors on event and promo requirements to ensure timely delivery.

  • Handles timely release of promos and event materials.

  • Ensures promo and event materials consistent with Manulife’s branding identify.

  • Design copies of promos and event materials.

  • Handles records of officially released promo and event communications.

  • Handles day-to-day concerns related to events, and promos.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year experience in Events Management or Promos Management in a sales or marketing organization

  • MS Office Application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Events Management apps and tools

  • Good People Management Skills

  • Creative, organized and results driven.

  • Above average oral communication skills

  • Above average business and creative writing skills

  • Flexible and able to perform in a challenging environment.

  • Possess integrity and a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project Management an advantage

  • Photoshop, Adobe Premiere is an advantage.

  • Life Insurance or Financial Services Sales or Sales Support background an advantage
