Job Summary:This role is responsible for service delivery of highly complex transactions across mutiple domains, perform various financial reports and operational audits, and escalate any issues or potential risk to Management. Will act as a OIC, Subject Matter Expert and process training resource. Perform projects and adhoc tasks as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:Reports Management• Responsible for the consolidation, preparation and review of various daily/monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports and requirementsProject Management- Process workflow modelling and implementationProduction Management- Assist the production leader in prioritizing work queues and managing workloadRisk Management- Lead process audit walk-thrus and completion of Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA)- Lead in closing audit findings and Corrective Action Plans on exisitng Archer/Privacy IncidentsTraining- Provide process training to associates and analyst. Assist in answering product related queries.Process Improvement• Identify opportunities within own domain and make recommendations to improve operational processes and practices• Liaise with appropriate parties (Business Support) in recommending processes to be improved• Serve as the primary contact person for process improvements, initiates process analysis and/or process redesign

Educational Background:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or any related course

Certifications:LOMA, Canadian Securities Certification or CFSI is preferred

Work Experience:At least 6-8 year/s relevant professional experience preferably in Investment/Wealth, Securities or similar industryBPO/Shared Service experience would be an asset due to our collaboration with multi-national teams

Technical/Functional Competencies:2-3 years product, systems and processing knowledge on MMF, handling at most ALL worktypes, unless justifiedPrior experience with AWD, Ifast and/or Pplus is a mustP/C Microsoft

Core Competencies:    Excellent communications skills (verbal and written) in English•    Strong Attention to Detail•    Excellent analytical, research and problem solving skills•    Extensive knowledge in Investment Products•    Solid interpersonal skills to interact with, establish relationships with the Business Units.•    Makes decisions in the absence of rules and /or in complex situations•    Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to be flexible to changing environments•    Ability to work independently and willing to collaborate with other team members
