The Compliance Officer role provides compliance oversight and management of the DKS onshore teams in relation to the outsourced services performed DKS.

Your key responsibilities

• Provide compliance oversight and management of Compliance risks in outsources services provided by DKS team. This includes providing compliance advice and guidance on matters relating to client data confidentiality, data protection relevant to the performance of the outsources services for DB entities.
• Develop and roll out training on regulatory compliance controls, conduct and culture, including focused training on key topics to manage risk, address recurring policy breaches and employee conduct incidents.
• Provide induction training to new joiners.
• Ensure timely escalation of material breaches against DB compliance policies and
• Act as the Data Protection Officer (DPO) in accordance to DB Group Data Policy and relevant local data protection legislation.
• Act as the Local Compliance Regulatory Reporting SME who provides timely feedback and advice on policies and procedures while working collaboratively  with Compliance and AFC in implementing the global Regulatory Reporting procedures.
• Assist in the preparing of Compliance MIs and Conduct and Culture dashboard.

Your skills and experience

• 8-10 years of experience in banking, legal and compliance areas of international banks or law firms
• Strong written and spoken English
• Computer literacy
• Strong influencing and communications skills
