Job Title:  Project & Change Lead, Group Audit Staff Development

Location: Manila

Group Overview

Group Audit is a global team with professionals from different backgrounds and is responsible for a complex Audit Universe that represents DB’s variety of businesses.

You will be part of a central team that focuses on Staff development and is part of the People Enablement team in the Group Audit COO team.

You will develop and deliver training solutions on varied topics ranging from regulation, methodology training, soft skills for our auditors and collaborating with audit teams to develop more bespoke training.

Your Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Staff Development, this global role will be responsible for building and delivering training solutions on a variety of topics:

  • Addressing Group Audit’s training needs

  • Liaising with stakeholders to explore the most effective means to remediate training gaps

  • Building training solutions in the form of e-learning, classroom and virtual delivery

  • Delivering the training

Depending on the role holder’s experience the role should include the building and delivery of training solutions on all or some of the following themes:

  • Banking products (Corporate Bank, Investment Bank, Private Bank, Asset management)

  • Audit methodology

  • Regulation

  • Financial Crime

Your Key Skills and Experience

Experience

We are seeking an individual with exposure to a large international bank.

The individual is likely to work in the following roles at present:

  • An internal audit department

  • 2nd Line of defence role

Skills

  • He/She will need to demonstrate self-motivation and innovation, be able to work flexibly and effectively as part of a team and interact with all levels of the Group Audit function.

  • Communication skills is vital both in writing and orally.

  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking

  • Capacity to develop and drive positive change

  • Independent in judgement, strongly self-motivated with the ability to challenge and be challenged, maintaining professionalism
