Job Description:

- Develops business requirements of applications and projects of medium and/or complexity. Reviews, analyzes, evaluates user needs.
- Determines, analyzes, and documents medium- business requirements from the business community and coordinates with the developers to create the system specifications. ·
- Maintains high-level knowledge of the business current technology and infrastructure. ·
- Identifies areas for improvement on both manual processes and automated systems being developed and supported. ·
- Communicates with the developers for clarification of business requirements, testing, and reporting of errors found in the systems being supported. ·
- Formulates test execution strategy, identifies all possible test scenarios. · Prepares and executes the test plan and conducts the acceptance testing for the developed programs. ·
- Prepares and documents manual and system procedures in support of the business needs. ·
- Provides post-implementation and production support for supported systems including analysis of medium production problems raised by business users. ·
- Conducts business or functional training for the business community and technical team as needed.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. ·
- Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role. ·
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ·
- Proficiency in database navigation and ETL tools. ·
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ·
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and clarify business requirements for system enhancements and data management. ·
Analyze and prioritize requirements to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Familiarity on SQL and ETL for analysis, decision-making , investigation and reporting. ·
Investigate existing systems and processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements based on data analysis. ·
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements, processes, and system changes to facilitate clear communication across teams. ·
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, development, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.
