To deliver the desired customer experience overall management of positive claims experience journey for claimants and beneficiaries. First line of communication for Claims analyst, Distribution team, and Beneficiaries/claimants from claim notification to claim decision notice.

Key Responsibilities

1. Service Functions.  

  • Manage the delivery of Customer Connect Services Claims related functions such as, but not limited to, claims connect email, with SMS and mobile access for the unit.
  • Facilitate claims handling of denial and appeal cases, and will represent claims on escalated claim case, VOC related claims, and other communication requirement to both distributors and claimants.
  • Manage efficiently all VIP claims coordination registration process, ensuring completion of claim requirements, status and final decision communication.
  • Manage customer service recovery and resolution within target TAT from all claims related customer feedback/complaints received. Escalate potential claims complaint with UW/Claims committee.

2. Documentation and Special Projects.  

  • Provide support on an ad hoc basis preparation of admin and statistical reports, including UAT testing on claim initiatives.
  • Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned to help meet operational related requirements.

Job Requirements:

  • Must be college graduate; business-related or pre-med course preferred.
  • With experience working in an insurance back-office claims operation is required.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft office applications.
  • Able to communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders.
