In this role, you will:

  • Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups
  • Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities
  • Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives
  • Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners
  • Provide work direction to less experienced Strategy and Execution staff

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate strong project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects at once, meet deadlines, and create and communicate updates effectively.
  • Ability to independently complete assignments on schedule as well as function as part of a larger team.

Job Expectations:

  • Assist the Advice Awareness and Activation team, which sits within the enterprise Advice and Planning Center of Excellence, with content operations.
  • The key responsibility of the role is to execute the Annual Content Review (ACR) process for wellsfargo.com and Wells Fargo Mobile App content.
  • Ensure content has secured approvals from Qualified Supervision, Compliance and Legal (when required) prior to distribution.
  • Submit content into AdTrax system (System of record for WIM content approvals). Submit content into Aprimo system (System of record for Bank content approvals)
  • Ensure content is submitted through the approved systems for distribution, following specific processes appropriate for each content type and distribution channel.
  • Manage updates in Content Tracker (excel) and Content Management System (Adobe Experience Manager).
  • Partner with members across our team and center of excellence on hand-offs throughout the process.
  • Must be willing to work on a night shift schedule and on an onsite work arrangement (Five NEO)
