About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce by identifying and attracting top talent. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  • Conduct consultative intake sessions with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, set expectations, and establish communication protocols for the recruiting process.

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies using a variety of standard and specialized techniques to build a diverse and qualified candidate pool.

  • Screen candidates through behavioral interviews and validated assessment tools to curate a strong final slate for hiring manager review.

  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition colleagues to ensure timely delivery of candidate short-lists that meet agreed-upon standards.

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for sourcing, selection, onboarding, and orientation activities, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.

  • Manage the offer process, including package negotiation and collaboration with hiring managers and HR partners to finalize candidate selections.

  • Maintain accurate and timely entry of applicant information into the Recruiting System and coordinate new hire information flow with HR administrative contacts.

  • Coordinate candidate communications, manage interview logistics, and support onboarding activities to ensure a positive candidate experience.

  • Serve as the primary contact for background check vendors, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all pre-employment activities.

About you

You are fit for the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist, if you background includes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools, including social media and professional networks.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other relevant HRIS software.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

  • Certification in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
