Hybrid Cloud Overlay Tribe is looking for an IT Chapter Lead Engineer

The Hybrid Cloud Tribe assists ING engineers in seamlessly and compliantly utilizing Public Cloud services to deliver consistent products and services globally. Our mission is to simplify and streamline the onboarding, consumption and governance of Public Cloud resources.
Roles & Responsibilities:
As the Chapter Lead Engineer, you will lead a team of DevOps engineers working on the Public Cloud platforms. These engineers will focus on various areas within the Azure and GCP platforms we support, including:
Networking, connectivity between clouds and resources within clouds.
Core, managing features such as subscription creation and automation
Data, collect and analyze data related to policies and compliance
Enablement, creating Terraform modules and CI/CD templates for consumers
Your key responsibilities include:
Collaborating with IT Area Leads and other Chapter Leads to ensure both personal and professional satisfaction within the engineering team
Guiding and mentoring chapter members to foster growth and strengthen the engineering teams
Defining and implementing ways of working to ensure quality and ownership of deliverables through sprints
Enhancing team predictability and consistency in deliverables

A salary between € 6.176 - 9.871
24-27 vacation days depending on contract
