The team

It is Finance & Risk's purpose to take a leading role in shaping and delivering the CFO, CRO and Global Financial Crime & Fraud Prevention landscape, allowing a better focus and support from Tech on CFO and CRO agendas. The domain provides robust and reliable Tech solutions that enhance speed, scale, security, and efficiency, while it enables meeting regulatory demands and consistently increasing levels of automation.

Roles and responsibilities

Reporting hierarchically to the Lead CIO Office F&R, this role provides support to MT F&R by delivering and analyzing the metrics to be followed to track the progress of IT achievements against objectives.You are in this role also a hands-on DevOps engineer and a part-time squad member and continue to apply your specific expertise to your squad’s backlog.

  • Providing support to CIO F&R and F&R leadership on the types of metrics that are appropriate and translate objectives and key results into concrete metrics.
  • Providing insights by making connections between different information flows and analysing management information both structurally and on request.
  • Collecting and analysing data from various platforms to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Developing and maintaining executive dashboards and reports to provide insights to F&R management.
  • Providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision making of MT F&R.
  • Alignment with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting the implementation of strategic CTO initiatives with local management information.
  • Pro-actively make suggestions towards internal stakeholders how to improve the management information flow within the F&R domain.

  • University / Post graduate (Master’s degree)
  • Substantial general work experience together with comprehensive j experience in metrics reporting and data analytics.
  • Experience working in a large global (matrix) organisation.
  • Highly analytical with the ability to swiftly identify core issues.
  • Possess organizational sensitivity, collaborating effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Flexibility is required in order to get things done. You do not just give up when challenges arise or ask someone to help you.
  • You are an effective and highly appreciated team player.
  • You possess the ability to filter and synthesize a wide range of information whilst able to focus on essentials and priorities.
  • Proficient in stakeholder management, comfortable operating at senior leadership levels.
  • Anticipating and balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders.
  • Enthusiastic, dedicated to aiding others' success and staying proactive.
  • Ability to simplify complexity and drive operational excellence.
  • Ability to support yourself and other team members in development.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent level of English.
  • Experience in a financial environment is a plus.
