Job Description:
Intro
This position performs general administrative responsibilities including preparation of reports using various software packages, compilation of information from various sources, and handling small scale projects, mainly in the Facility Management field. The position will support dispatching of subcontractors, receiving of subcontractors on site and validating if works have been performed (both on site as remotely). Monthly financial tasks will be done in Coupa and the role will participate in the maintenance of data in the new to be implemented FM tool (Tririga) and actively use this system.
