We are looking for a motivated and detail-driven intern to join our team. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in inventory management, governance process review, and data consolidation. The selected candidate will support the maintenance of accurate inventory records, evaluate existing processes, and help consolidate data to enhance operational efficiency.This is an excellent learning opportunity in the field of Technology & IT Governance.
Key Responsibilities:
Consolidate process data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
Prepare an inventory of processes that will be affected by governance changes
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement process improvements
Prepare and present reports on process change status
Support the team in daily operational tasks and special projects as needed
Prepare materials required for decision-making by governance bodies, ensuring all necessary information is accurate and well-organized
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Prior experience in inventory management or process improvement is a plus
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow is highly desirable
